Welcome!

Since 2017, my focus for eating clean and healthy has become a lifestyle. I was struck with a bacteria infection which caused ulcers, pre-cancerous colon polyps, and so many more chronic gut and ongoing long-term health issues. 3 different GI docs and over 10 diet changes later, I found what works for ME! 

This encouraged me to share my story to inspire others to focus on what they put into their bodies. 

I hope to share what works for my gut health while promoting good nutrition, that still give the taste buds good FALVOR!
